File Rejection Reasons
Insufficient or No Bleeds
A bleed is a printed area that extends beyond the trim edge. It ensures that the printed area will reach the very edge after the sheet is trimmed. Lack of bleed can result in white, uneven margins.
Text and/or Graphics Too Close to the Trim Line
Text should be at least 4 mm from the trim line; text placed closer may be cut off when trimming the job to its final size.\\nThe trimmer's tolerance is up to 2 mm, which is why text should not be prepared closer than the specified limit.
Color Scheme in Artwork Differs from Specification
The artwork is not prepared in the correct color scheme, i.e., CMYK. If the artwork was prepared in a color scheme other than CMYK, color discrepancies may occur during conversion to CMYK. Therefore, please prepare files in the appropriate color space.
Damaged File
The submitted file is damaged or was damaged during transfer for printing. Due to the damage, it is impossible to open the file,\\ntherefore, please re-submit the file.
Artwork Format Does Not Match Specification
The size of the artwork is inappropriate for the size selected in the order. Artwork is not scaled to the chosen format. We print from the file provided for production; to avoid cropping the artwork or printing it in a smaller format than selected in the order, please correct the artwork.
Incorrectly Embedded Fonts
Fonts have not been properly embedded in the artwork, which may result in their absence or incorrect display when printing the job. Please ensure that fonts are always converted to outlines.
Incorrect Number of Pages Relative to the Selected Product
The artwork contains an incorrect number of pages for the selected product. The number of pages in the file submitted for the order should be identical to that in the order.
Artwork Should Be Centered
Centering the artwork means placing it in the middle of the page or sheet. The right margin must have the same dimension as the left, and the top margin the same dimension as the bottom. If the artwork is not centered on the sheet, printing will be incorrect, and the image between pages will not align.
Too Low Resolution
The recommended resolution for bitmap images is 150-300 dpi.
Design Should Be Centered Relative to the Die-cut
Both the design and the die-cut should be centered relative to the sheet.
Please Submit Artwork Without Die-cut/Mock-up
Some templates on the website are provided for you to use when designing your artwork. Please do not include these templates in your artwork.
